Marina began her wonderful and multifaceted journey in yoga in 2014 when a woman in Rhodes gifted her a yoga mat, which became the starting point for her deepening into this path. From a very young age, she showed an interest in the arts and emotional expression, always with the desire to find a practice that would liberate her and connect her with the world around her. Her love for Indian mythology and philosophy, as well as the way spirituality connects with the practice of body, mind, and spirit, inspired her to follow a more holistic path. Particularly through yoga, she aims to promote unity, balance, and self-acceptance, approaching life with respect and love. At the same time, she has fallen in love with the art of therapeutic touch through Thai massage and holistic bodywork, believing in restoring balance through physical contact and care. Through her practice and teachings, she wants to share her experience, bridging the distances between opposites, and approaching a more holistic way of thinking that will bring us closer to truth, love, and self-acceptance, and in turn, to those around us, with the motivation of creating relationships of sacred nature. Her wish and intention in her classes is to make everyone feel welcome to begin their own journey and listen to their inner voice, the one that guides us to a deep connection with the fullness of the present.
